Cabanatuan City. The sisig in this part of the town (near the public market) is worth coming back for. It is also interesting to watch the sisig being prepared, the freshly roasted pig face and ear will be chopped and seasoned in front of you. This is one of the great food finds I made in Cabanatuan.
